ADHD can cause physical discomfort. 🧠Hyper-att ADHD can cause physical discomfort. 
🧠Hyper-attentive can feel squirmy and anxious — like worms crawling up my back under my shirt. Tags, seams, clothing that is too tight or too loose — all of these daily annoyances can cause agitation.
When we are bored we may feel physical discomfort. 
Oh, and because we have ADHD, and have difficulty directing our attention if we are in pain, we will feel it more intensely because we cannot distract ourselves.
